Darktrace produces a large range of printed collateral, used to support the sales force in meetings, trade shows, and physical events. The key types focused on in this section are ‘White Papers’, ‘Data Sheets’, ‘Customer Case Studies’, and ‘Tech Briefs’.

‘White Papers’ are a core staple of Darktrace’s Collateral, they covered a large range of subject matters, from products to reports on the threat landscape. The Cover design used imagery relating to the contents, with an aim of being eye catch when displayed at physical event, title were placed high on the covers, so they would be visible in collateral racks at physical events. The internal design of the white papers were clean a minimalist with only core information being displayed.

Darktrace produces a large range of ‘Data Sheets’ covering new products, partnered integrations, company validation, and Industry Spotlights, to name a few. The Data Sheets are designed with a clean and easy to follow layout which could be clearly identified from competing material.

‘Customer Case Studies’, are a detailed overview of key customers from a multitude of industry backgrounds. Thanks the large range and variety of customers, case studies are a vital resource in helping to win new customers. The design used a two page a4 layout, included customer related imagery and logo, an overview of the business and its needs, followed by the solution Darktrace provided for those needs. Flowing elements of the brand were included in the header image, as well as the footer on the reverse.

Darktrace produces a large range of technical documents dubbed ‘Tech Briefs’. Tech Briefs are aimed at IT support staff to provide more in-depth information about products support, and how Darktrace tackles emerging threats. The Tech Briefs are very text heavy documents and utilise a full width column to allow for more text to be displayed. Support images are used in conjunction of the text to assist in explanation.

All forms of Darktrace collateral from ‘White Papers’ to ‘Tech Briefs’ are translated into multiple languages and used across all regions and markets.
