Roll up banners were heavily utilised for Darktrace events as a movable version of booth which displayed core messaging. During the Covid-19 pandemic, banners were supplied to members of staff, who would host online talks, to use as a standard backdrop.

The promotional material for these events cover multiple touch points of advertisement, including internal and external sources. The assets created, to advertise Darktrace’s presence at these events is usually an amalgamation of the events branding with Darktrace elements mixed in. The RSA example featured in this section are a clean example of the types of asset produced.
Darktrace has hosts many external events for existing customers, and potential new leads. These events would include talk from company experts on; products, state of the threat landscape, and real world stories of threats halted before they started. A key example of one of these events is the customer summit, which was visually designed to give the feel of a luxury high end event. The branding elements were applied to multiple assets used for the event, these elements utilised dark colours contrasted with gold highlights. These events were widely well received, with positive feedback being gathered from attendants.
To advertise general physical and digital events, darktrace employs advertisement banners distributed via; Email, Communigator, and Social Media. This banners cover a range of content for event types using a set layout, with imagery selected to reflect the nature of the event. Speaker photos are used to promote, talk and discussion events. Partnered events incorporated partner assets and logos.
